Policies
Park Information:
Please wear appropriate attire for being in the water. Please tie long hair back and remove accessories that could cause harm if they are caught on gear or clothing. All participants are required to wear a life jacket and helmet while riding the cable. Rentals are available on site. We are open rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your reservation will be issued a full refund. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours prior to your reservation will be issued a rain check for a future visit this season. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your reservation will result in forfeit of payment. Weather Policy:
The park will operate in all weather conditions with the exception of sustained high winds and lightning storms. In the event that the park closes due to extreme weather all guests will be required to exit the park and will have the opportunity to wait out the weather for 60 minutes. If the weather does not pass within 60 minutes, guests who purchased a single day product (i.e. All Day, 2-Hour, or Learn to Ride) will be offered a Weather Delay Voucher valid for another visit for the amount of time remaining on their ticket when the course was cleared that can be used during the current operating season only. For guests with an All Day ticket: if you’ve had access to the cable for at least 3 hours before the closure, the visit is considered complete, and no additional time will be offered. For closures less than 3 hours, vouchers will be offered for unused time up to 3 hours.
Season Long Product Refund Policy:
Season long products (Unlimited Passes, Weekly Passes, and 8X Visit Passes) are non-transferable and not eligible for a refund for any circumstance.
